Service Description
Interest in homesteading and home food preservation is growing across our community. Join Chandi for a beginner-friendly class on water bath canning, the method used for jams, jellies, pickles, and other high-acid foods. This class is perfect for gardeners, homesteaders, and anyone interested in learning how to safely preserve food at home. No experience needed—everyone is welcome. This class is the first in a two-part canning series. A follow-up class on Pressure Canning will be offered Monday, May 18.
