Classes at the HUB with ALG

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and proper preparation for each class, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

  • Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund. At this stage, funds have already been used to purchase ingredients and/or materials for the class.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel a class and request a refund (if eligible), please email us at community@augustalocallygrown.org with your name, the class name, and the date of the class.
