In this hands-on Make-n-Take class, Jean will walk you through mixing and shaping a simple, single-recipe pasta dough that you’ll take home to cook and enjoy. She’ll also have fresh pasta prepared ahead of time so you can see how it’s rolled out and cooked properly. To finish the evening, Jean will demonstrate how to turn fresh pasta into a classic carbonara—simple ingredients, big flavor, and timeless technique. This class is beginner-friendly, practical, and perfect for anyone wanting to build confidence in the kitchen while learning a skill that never goes out of style.
