In this Make-n-Take class, Lucy will teach you how to make classic beef empanadas, filled with seasoned beef and wrapped in tender dough. You’ll learn how to prepare and fill empanadas, fold and seal them properly, and get tips for achieving that perfect golden finish. This class is relaxed, hands-on, and beginner-friendly—ideal whether you’re new to empanadas or just want to build confidence making them at home. Best of all, you’ll leave with empanadas ready to take home and share (or keep all to yourself—we won’t judge).
