Beyond the Glass: Youth Wildlife Edu

Service Description

Augusta Locally Grown, in partnership with Not Normal Exotics, is giving young people an opportunity to learn about wildlife, conservation, public speaking, leadership, and community involvement through hands-on educational experiences with ambassador animals. Activities may include: • Animal education presentations • Youth-led wildlife talks • Public speaking development • Leadership activities • Community outreach projects • Hands-on learning opportunities with ambassador animals Our first event will be a free introductory Wildlife Discovery Day where families can learn more about the program, meet some of the animals, and see what Beyond the Glass is all about.
