Tues., March 3rd, 6:00p.m.

10 US dollars
The HUB - ALG

Service Description

Ever heard of a Scottish bridie? If not, you’re in for a treat. Bridies are a beloved Scottish hand pie—flaky pastry folded around a savory filling of seasoned beef, onions, and spices. Think comforting, hearty, and perfect to eat with your hands. In this Make-n-Take class, Michelle will guide you through what a bridie is, where it comes from, and how to assemble your own from start to finish. You’ll learn simple techniques for working with pastry, building flavorful fillings, and sealing everything up just right. You’ll leave with freshly made bridies to take home and enjoy—warm, satisfying, and full of old-world comfort. No experience needed, just a love of good food.
