There’s something deeply satisfying about making pasta by hand—and in this Make-n-Take class, Lashawndra will guide you through the process from start to finish. Participants will learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, practice basic knife skills, and prepare a simple sauté using seasonal vegetables and a light cream-based sauce. Along the way, the focus will be on approachable techniques, working with what’s in season, and building a flexible, nourishing meal you can easily recreate at home. This is a relaxed, hands-on class designed for all skill levels. You’ll leave with fresh pasta and practical skills that turn everyday ingredients into something special.
