Introducing Dude Food! A cooking class for men who want to learn their way around a kitchen. In our first class, ALGs teacher on staff, Coy Hancock will teach how to make a white sauce that is the base for literally hundreds of meals, from simple biscuits and gravy to more complex pasta dishes. Participants will leave with experience, a recipe, and their first dish made with their very own white sauce!
